Shipping is Flat Rate which means it takes 2-7 business days in the mail.

All Closures And Frontals Are FINAL SALE. Once your closure has been dyed, installed, or tampered with in any kind of way, Luscious Hair is not responsible. We will not replace your closure. With proper maintenance and upkeep, closures and frontals can be reused.

What is Virgin Hair?

Virgin Hair is hair that has not been dyed, bleached, permed, straightened or chemically treated in any way. All of our hair is in its natural state when cut and guaranteed to be in correct cuticle alignment.

How much hair do I need?

For a full install, the average person needs about 10oz (300g). 8oz is recommended for a partial install.

Recommendation

12” to 14” about 2 bundles is recommended

16” to 22” about 3 bundles is recommended

24′ to 30” about 4 bundles is recommended

What is your return policy?

NO RETURNS, EXCHANGES ONLY, NO EXCEPTIONS. We exercise a very strict quality control process to ensure that our clients receive only the best virgin hair. The items must be mailed for exchange in it’s original condition. We will not accept any merchandise that is not in its original condition. The returned item must be unopened, unaltered, unworn, undamaged and all tags and packaging must be included.
