The items must be mailed for exchange in its original condition. Please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org to notify us of your exchange. We will not accept any merchandise that is not in its original condition. The exchanged item must be unopened, unaltered, unworn, undamaged and all tags and packaging must be included.
SHIPPING IN THE MAIL:
Please give us 24-72 hours to process your order. When your order is finished being processed and put in the mail we will email you with you tracking information. When ordering online some orders may take 2 to 5 business days in the mail. Your package will be coming through United States Postal Service and the address listed someone must be there to sign for your package or they will leave you a slip to pick up at YOUR local post office.
All Closures And Frontals Are FINAL SALE. Once your closure has been dyed, installed, or tampered with in any kind of way, Luscious Hair is not responsible. We will not replace your closure. With proper maintenance and upkeep, closures and frontals can be reused.
Luscious offers a variety of 100% virgin hair (Malaysian, Peruvian Malaysian 613 (blonde), Curly Hair and Kinky Curly Hair). These are our special order hair. When ordering this hair it can take up to Five (5) business days (excluding around holidays).
